2D & 3D Laser Cutting

LJ Fabricators is a proven leader in lasers with over 200,000 hrs of laser cutting experience. Our high-speed 2D laser cutting centers are equipped with material handling systems that increase productivity by allowing “Lights Out Production”. The 3D laser adds geometry cutouts to hydro formed, spun, stamped and tubing by supplying a scribed part or 3-dimensional CAD file to generate a tool path in an off-line process to utilize accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability.

2D Laser Cutting Centers:

5 laser cutting centers with table sizes up to 80” x 160”
Laser powers from 6000, 4400 to 2000 watts
Two laser cutting centers are attached to a 25 shelf material storage / retrieval system
Two laser cutting centers is connected to a load-unload cell for material handling
Formats accepted: dwg, dxf, iges, prt, sldprt and slddrw
Working in metal thickness from:

Mild Steel .001” – 1.00” Stainless .001” - .625” Aluminum .001” - .500”

3D Laser Cutting Center:

1 laser cutting center with a table size of 48” x 96” and a 40” Z height
Laser power – 1500 watt
